If you are ready to stretch yourself in your walk with Jesus  while building your resume or fulfilling College Internship requirements, Senior Staffer might be the thing for you.

• Honorarium: 7 Week Session - $1400.00 (and a Fuego Gauntlet pin!)

• The Opportunity to develop your leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• The ability to work along some of the best of the best. You will work with Solid College Students and Young Professionals that are dedicated to creating a positive Christian Environment for campers and staffers.
• We will help you increase your ability and understanding of working with and retaining volunteers (trust me, this is huge in life), while taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
• If you have specific interests, such as Sports, Art/Graphic Design, Music, Theater, Mechanics, Writing, etc. We would love to use those interests in furthering the Gospel.
• Create some life long memories and friendships while helping to ensure that Camp Fuego will continue to grow and reach kids long into the future (maybe one day you will send your own kids to Fuego).
• If you do well, you can count on us to write a letter of recommendation (upon request).

• In order to apply for this program you must have already been invited to staff in the upcoming summer.
• We only have room for 10 guys and 10 girls, so the sooner you apply the greater chance you will have to secure one of the spots.
• In this role you will still lead a DG, but you will also have greater opportunities for responsibility and service. 
• If you apply for the entire summer or for the Second Session of Senior Staff, you may be asked to serve at 9a or 9b, dependent upon need. Please be flexible, but if you have an issue that prevents you from being at one or the other, just let us know during the application process and we should be able to accommodate you.
• You must be able to provide your own transportation to and from camp, but of course your room and food is provided once you arrive...so you can literally walk away with the full amount of your honorarium (less any applicable taxes).
• If you are selected for this program you will be given an opportunity to accept or decline, but please remember we take commitments very seriously.  If you accept, please be sure you can honor the commitment (we do understand unexpected emergencies). We are counting on you.
• As in all positions at Fuego, we are here to be servants and to honor Jesus. This is a mission trip. It requires a lot of hard work. It is so worth it.
• Remember: If you serve the full summer, you will also leave with your Gauntlet pin!
